Packages and per incident support
Prescott POS Inc. offers annual and monthly support plans for your convenience. Support plans include upgrades and unlimited software support during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm, not including Holidays). Support customers receive a discounted rate for non maintenance and after hours support. Our software plans are for remote support only. If an onsite support visit is required, the normal hourly rate will be charged for travel. Although we do recommend a maintenance plan, it is not required for support to be provided.

$100 per hour (1/4 hour minimum) Monday - Friday 8a - 5p, not including holidays
$150 per hour (1/4 hour minimum) for after-hours support
Prescott POS Inc. covers hardware support for all hardware supplied by Prescott POS Inc. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, except holidays. After-hours and holiday support are available at the current after-hour rates.
All hardware sold by Prescott POS Inc. comes with a 2 years MFR warranty (unless otherwise specified on customers invoice) beginning upon installation of hardware or 6 months after equipment is ordered whichever occurs first.
This support plan covers all hardware sold by Prescott POS Inc. for as long as you own the equipment.* Prescott POS Inc. will either repair or replace your terminal under support at our discretion. These optional support plans must be purchased at time of quote acceptance.
This will extend the above manufacturer warranty to 3 years, at an additional cost. This option must be purchased at time of quote acceptance.

*These support options require a monthly fee (price dependent on your equipment) transferred from either EVO Payments (if applicable) or direct from your bank account to Prescott POS Inc. These support plans must be purchased and set up at time of quote acceptance.
